Hector Chabalala – Attorney
Hector Chabalala is an admitted attorney with experience in corporate, commercial, and litigation support practice. He holds an LL.B degree from the University of Limpopo and has developed a strong professional focus on insolvency law, liquidation proceedings, and debt collection matters, together with commercial legal advisory services.
He has worked across South African and international remote legal environments, providing drafting, research, and litigation preparation services. His practice approach emphasises regulatory compliance, precision drafting, and commercially practical legal solutions.
Hector is skilled in contract drafting and review, POPIA and FICA compliance advisory, corporate governance support, and dispute resolution assistance. His experience includes representation and support in liquidation proceedings, recovery of debts, civil litigation, and labour dispute processes.
Monica MacDonald – Senior Associate
Monica MacDonald is a senior legal practitioner with more than three decades of experience in South African law. Her practice focuses on family law, property law and eviction matters, debt collection, labour law, and commercial litigation.
Throughout her career, Monica has managed a comprehensive litigation and advisory practice in both the Magistrates’ Court and High Court. Her experience includes complex civil and commercial disputes, banking and financial litigation, insolvency and liquidation proceedings, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. She has been involved in matters reflected in South African law reports and has practiced in both Johannesburg and Cape Town.
